They're so desperate for good people, they will pay you a high salary.

Cons

Toxic culture, lack of support from the team and higher management. Systems are a mess with employees in the support team getting overwhelmed with requests. When you provide a solution to fix, higher management feels threatened that you will surpass them and get rid of you. Cutthroat and abusive management in my team.
