Average place to work, riddled with a lot of internal strife

Pros

* Good work/life balance based on your team * Albeit very few, some talented people to learn from * Great offices * Pays higher than average

Cons

* Career growth opportunities are limited and could even be marred by favoritism within smaller groups. * A lot of closed-room discussions, despite claiming to be an open culture company. * Company's first policy upon facing difficult periods has been to fire people in bulk. At least 2 such instances and maybe more. * Not the best tech leadership to work with. * A great place to learn "what NOT to do as a company", in terms of product / tech / leadership decisions.
