Pros

Haven’t got any opportunity so can’t say

Cons

I went through the recruitment process around three years ago, which involved multiple rounds and a significant time investment. While I successfully completed the process, I have not been able to secure a single project opportunity since then. Applying for roles on the platform requires considerable effort, including filling out detailed forms for highly specific skill requirements. Even when applying very quickly after an opportunity is posted, applications often move to a “reviewing” stage and then result in a rejection email within a day or two, stating that it is unlikely to move forward. Over time, this has made me question how effective the platform is for certain candidates, given the amount of time and effort required. More recently, I was contacted regarding a potential project that aligned well with my skills. After an initial call, I was told I would receive an update by the end of the day. Unfortunately, there was no follow-up within the promised timeframe, and subsequent attempts to get clarity went unanswered for over a week. This lack of timely communication made it difficult to plan around other opportunities and was disappointing from a professionalism standpoint. Overall, while the platform appears to have a rigorous screening process and interesting opportunities on paper, my personal experience has been that the return on time invested has been very limited, and communication around opportunities could be improved.

Pros

Remote work, flexible, decent pay

Cons

When you first start in a role you only see the positive in a company and focus on the good, that doesn't last long here. I've never seen a company who treats their employees so poorly before. They have been letting people go for almost 2 years now, usually not announced, cut benefits, frozen salary increases, even when being promoted, and micro-mange everything you do. The people that are let go has nothing to do with performance but purely cutting costs. Imagine being a consistent top performing team player then one day you've been "re-structured" out of the organization. The management, especially Director level and above, are a bunch of "yes men" to a delusional CEO who thinks his staffing company is a multi-billion dollar consulting company. They only look out for themselves and "do what they're told" by the CEO. Not sure who's writing these positive reviews but I would only take a role here out of desperation and my advice would be to keep looking. They won't care about you so you shouldn't care about them
