You can work from anywhere – I've spent 4 months traveling abroad without issues. - Managers are smart and transparent. - You can move from one team to another, depending on your interests and personal goals. - You have the freedom to come up with new stuff and move ideas forward. New initiatives always bring technical challenges and you feel energized to learn more. - During off-sites, you get the opportunity to get to know great people and work from amazing places. - Compensation is fair and you feel valued.
