      - Remote work provides a solid opportunity for a better work-life balance. - Adequate salary for the responsibilities.

      Good stepping stone, in order to enter high paying markets , like the US.

      Cons

      Average available jobs are ~4 times less compared to early 2022. As of late 2024 the things are getting a bit better in terms of job availability, but Toptal itself is having big financial problems.
