      freedom of work, creativity, good salary, traveling, great team, fun community, traveling... one word - digital nomad. I am very happy with my career now.

      if those are cons ... very strict and responsible company.

      Pros

      Ever since I joined Toptal my life changed, if you ask me I'd never go back to an office, like ever again. I really recommend it to every person I come across in my life (related to software development in any shape and size) and it's very personally rewarding to see people are making a good living out of it and actually enjoying what they do in the process.

      Cons

      None for me in the more the almost 5 years I've been working with Toptal.
