      - 100% remote - line managers and individual contributors are usually pretty great to work with

      Cons

      - the CEO is chaotic and undisciplined, and executive leadership can't or won't rein him in - lack of commitment to any kind of strategy leads to constant upheavals, wasted work, and no progress - no job security

      No Pros as such. They get big tasks done and payment is very less

      Cons

      Interview process is not upto mark with company standards Interviewers are expecting us to complete task in 30 mins which makes us feel pressurised. Thats too difficult for anybody. No timely and worthy payment. Payments are way less than industry standards
