Pros

- Top class projects - Truly remote - Flexible working hours - Good hourly rate - Collaboration with world class engineers - Client contract and payment managed by Toptal - Matching team is very good and highly professional

Cons

Engineers cannot apply to new jobs if they do not have available hours. It only becomes available just 1/2 week before the end of the current project. As a result, there is a gap between projects.

Pros

The company offers a collaborative environment with smart, supportive colleagues and opportunities to take ownership of meaningful work. Leadership gives employees room to grow, develop new skills, and contribute ideas. The pace can be very demanding, but it creates strong learning opportunities and exposure to interesting projects.

Cons

Maintaining clear bandwidth boundaries is important, as workload can quickly expand without them. Cross-functional collaboration could be more efficient, particularly in aligning on needs and expectations between teams. In some areas, processes are still evolving, which can occasionally lead to inefficiencies.
