      Pros

      Toptal is the best example of an ideal remote workplace I've ever seen. It's engaging, fun, and the people are fantastic.

      Cons

      Toptal has grown rapidly and exponentially since its inception. Keeping up with this pace is challenging, although it should be considered a "quality problem".

      Pros

      The team was excellent. The developers and PMs were highly skilled, open to discussion, and a pleasure to work with — it was easy to collaborate with engineers on ideas like animations or other improvements, and they were always happy to bring them to life. Overall, the team was top-notch, and I feel lucky to have worked with such professionals.

      Cons

      The company is not design-driven, which makes it challenging for designers to push their ideas and influence decisions made by managers and stakeholders.
