The company provides good pay, 401(K), vacation, and benefits.

Cons

1. no training program. 2. only cares about numbers & not safety. 3. supervisors only want numbers, so they can get bonuses. 4. extremely hostile environment. 5. everyone is on "pins & Needles. 6. favoritism not work merits considered. 7. What the management says in the meeting is completely opposite of what they want. 8. Our input doesn't count at all!

Good pay, good shifts, good benefits, work 14 days per month, 401k

Cons

Supervisors/management and directors need to be more involved on the floor. If you are a favorite of a supervisor or manager you can advance in company. Company wants degrees for advancement but will “create” a title for someone without a degree if they want that person in that position. Too much management and not enough workers to make our company goals.
