Pros

Great people at the company (although most have been laid off)

Cons

Extremely poor, outdated micromanagement. Management/upper management is out of touch with reality and only does things one way: their way. Opinions and ideas are heard but shot down because their VP's have "30 years of experience" and only think their ways are right.
