Pros

The company respects the employees' private time and lives, keeping the work to the work hours and keeping the work's related communication to the company apps (mainly Slack). The company people are great, eager to help each other, and are working together to advance the company.

Cons

I wish all of the code was TypeScript and not JavaScript. We are working on it :)

Pros

- The vast majority of peers are friendly, kind and fun to work with. - Fully flexible work mode - some of us work 4 days a week in the office, others come in once a week or even less. - Plenty of interesting technical challenges and plenty of space to make an impact and lead initiatives. - The market (of SaaS Management Software) is very promising and still growing, and the company seems well positions to be a leader. - The technical stack is a popular one - Node, React, Serverless, AWS. - Reasonable workload. - Management invests resources in personal growth. There's a dedicated Learning & Development specialist (who's an engineer by training) that leads technical workshops, etc.

Cons

- For those who enjoy a 'full house' office, the office is typically empty on Tuesday and Thursday. - Like every startup in 2023, future growth is dependent on the economic landscape. - The office location can be a plus or a minus, depending on where you live. The fully flexible work mode offsets this.
