*A place that truly sees and respects people first and foremost. *There are no promises in the air- what was said, really what will happen, and there is very great attention to the smallest details. *Investing in everyone's training and growth at a level I've never seen in my life. *genius founders with modesty that is very rare to see. Give a feeling that you are seen and that you are important. same for the People experience manager (Maayan)- A professional at high levels and yet so humble and respectful. *Lots of free parking near work.

Cons

The traffic light at the end of rode 531 towards the workplace can delay arrival by 8 minutes. But we only work two days from the offices so it's not really noticeable.
