Torii is a great company to work for. Since the interview stages, I could see that there were many talented, good people involved, and that was absolutely the case. Torii has an excellent work-life balance and prioritizes professional development, encouraging employees to learn and grow. The management team demonstrates genuine care for the employees and has transparent communication practices. The overall atmosphere within the office is positive, and there is a sense of friendship between colleagues.
