Pros

I enjoyed many of my colleagues and much of the extended team.

Cons

Tough year for many, but I saw non essential positions remain post layoff while critical roles were eliminated. The decisions were made that don’t support future growth or acquisition.

Wasted Time- Don't trust leadership

Pros

At first this was an incredibly friendly place to work and I do believe that the team wants to be successful- they just can't get out of their own way.

Cons

1) Leadership- Keep hiring bad leadership and the current leadership in place does not listen to the feedback that is given 2) Market- Saturated market, Torii used to be a leader but despite many attempts to give feedback to product, they don't listen 3) Marketing is awful 4) Product is behind
