A Company In Severe Decline

Pros

It was a decent position when I started, before the mass hiring and layoffs.

Cons

Executive leadership has a poor overall strategy, and they wonder why they continue to fail. With two mass layoffs already, a third layoff is inevitable. Don’t join this company, but if you do, just know your position will be short-lived, approximately lasting one to six months since you will be joining a very unstable company. Customers continue to churn and not enough new business is coming in. If you are a survivor, don’t wait. If you haven’t already, get your resume ready and start applying to other jobs.

Pros

I enjoyed many of my colleagues and much of the extended team.

Cons

Tough year for many, but I saw non essential positions remain post layoff while critical roles were eliminated. The decisions were made that don’t support future growth or acquisition.

Pros

-During my work at the company (prior to the series of layoffs), The ambiance was pleasant, with everyone actively seeking ways to contribute to the product's advancement. -Competitive wages -Funds for meals

Cons

-Following the company's workforce reductions, I experienced uncertainty regarding both the company's future and my own role within it. -Job security was elusive: Despite receiving compliments and recognition, I was taken aback when I was let go the very next day. -Some Individuals are negatively impacting both the company and its culture. Yet, paradoxically, it's those who genuinely care and are striving to effect positive change who end up being let go.
