Management expectations can seem unrealistic (workload), micro management intense. Attendance at staff meetings can be challenging due to technological issues so difficult to keep up with.

Pros

This company has great benefits, and you will have a great support team that can answer procedural questions. They also offer a hybrid remote option.

Cons

Every detail is micromanaged, the workload is insane, they are not competitive with salaries, you will be underpaid by $10K or more. There is no work life balance. They use their technology to abuse the sanity of their employees. Unrealistic goals are set, they are severely understaffed and have poor retention with new hires.
