Pros

The company is incredible and you can just see the quality in the brand, the people, and the inspiration that blossoms from it.

Cons

Commission goals were sometimes difficult to meet because I was given fewer hours since I was a part-time seasonal employee who was in college.

Pros

Pay for for management and commission associates on the competitive side. Future technology is a focus for the customer, so new tools are always being developed to help on the client side.

Cons

Online and in store database is not streamlined, creating long wait times for customers returning online purchases. Top level management is not organized, there does not seem to be harmony between what Tory envisions and what is actually executed at the store level. Too many fragmented levels of management and there is no clear role clarity.

Cons

Not a friendly work environment, very toxic. No one supported each other.
