Pros

The hourly wage was much more than what other employers were offering.

Cons

Very inconsistent scheduling resulting in work piling up or staff not having the support they need to complete tasks.

Pros

Amazing company story, Tory Burch has a heart for community and support for women globally. I'm proud to be here.

Cons

Hours aren't as plentiful but Tory's store environment is calm, relaxing, and overall welcoming to all walks of life. This con definitely turned into a pro for me

Pros

The company values integrity and honesty and expects it from employees and gives it to them in return. I've found the people they hire are generally good people and easy to work with.

Cons

Can be high pressure at times.
