Bulk buying: brand has lost its exclusivity Favoritism: tenured employee are not always a plus, not open to change. Tenured employees get special treatment. Commission culture: cattiness, gossiping, cliques High turn over: can't keep leadership teams staffed, burnt out leadership team in result Micromanaging: belittled
