Pros

The company values integrity and honesty and expects it from employees and gives it to them in return. I've found the people they hire are generally good people and easy to work with.

Cons

Can be high pressure at times.

Pros

Opportunity to be with one of the best companies out there that is inspired by contemporary, classy and sophistication. Able to make some real money here as long as you know how to talk to people and figure out what they really want. Great environment.

Cons

Beware of the sharks, period.

Pros

Great start for customer service experience, it's a high end store so you get the opportunity to learn and gain experience of the merchandise of the store, from the making of the products to the making of this brand.

Cons

You experience a whole new world of customer issues but you gain so much from it to learning how to deal with situations.
