      Competitive salary Good discounts and benefits for the employees Exposure to the work of a full fashion house if you are in the NY headquarter

      Cramped office, all windows taken to build private offices for Executives. Some Leaders are not qualified and run the teams with frustration and fear, good employees move to other jobs

      Pros

      It's like a billion dollar mom and pop company. We're still figuring a lot of stuff out, but some of the best people you'll ever work with. No rigid hierarchy. C-Suiters are just as approachable as associates. Once you get 'in' with everyone the corporate team is like a big group of friends all trying to take the company and the brand to the next level.

      Cons

      The growing pains you have to deal with in helping the company grow and figure out how to solve the issues inherent working for a billion dollar company that is slightly over a decade old.
