      1. Sales people are very aggressive and not respect to support at back. 2. Schedule hours are always changed in last minutes 3. unfair treatment to different employees, not training you if you are the part time or seasonal, and once you do something wrong they will blame you. 4. management people never blame the employee who is get along with them. 5. cannot wash your uniform for a long time period 6. dangerous working environment. 7. many drama queens. too much office politics

      Pros

      The company has good values, which are passed on to the stores for the most part. My managers were always nice and cared for my development, which is rare in the retail industry. They supported my transfer to a different location and were very flexible with my schedule when I moved to start a graduate program.

      Cons

      As it can be in commission-based environments, the sales floor can get really competitive. I have both experienced and observed sales associates having arguments about it in front of clients, which is obviously unprofessional. Again, I think this happens in every commission-based environment, but still not a pleasant experience for the customer.

      Management and HR does not value your opinion. If you are not a part of the in clique consider yourself a target, no productive feedback, no career path. Incompetent managers are not being held accountable for their actions
