Pros

-uniform is provided -discount is 60% -beautiful products

Cons

-wouldn't wash my uniform for 4+ weeks -horrible schedules -sales associates are very rude and pretty much run the show. I feel terrible that the managers don't stand up for theirselves. -unorganized -payment was sometimes cheque...sometimes direct. Also heard some people were not paid at all?? -they do not educate you on anything -too much drama -You will be depressed working here -a lot of people call in sick & don't have a replacement

Pros

Large management team makes getting assistance easy. Flexible work schedule. Employee perks are great--you'll find yourself wearing a lot of Tory outside of work.

Cons

Store Manager has an interesting attitude when it comes to handling conflict. Rules are always changing and with the company being so new, investment into technology has not been at the forefront.
