Some Department Leaders, hired when the company was much smaller, seem now afraid of the new talents. They tend to level everybody down to maintain the status. Unfortunately you're stuck with them,HR is invisible and the Top Management is not interested in looking into the way the Senior Leaders are managing their own Teams.

Love the job however the salaries need to be reviewed. Renumeration is pretty low in mgmt positions and sales targets are a bit unreasonable considering we are in a recession. So hard to meet bonus targets monthly.
