Pros

-The company does a great job of finding talented, hard-working, genuinely nice people who are passionate about their work. I can say without hesitation that I really like my co-workers and find them inspiring. -It has less of a "corporate" atmosphere compared to other companies at the same scale, I think partly due to the above point. At least in my division, there isn't a a pigeon-holed, "It's just a job" mentality that I've experienced at other places. -Tory is fully engaged in the business at every level and works really hard. -Competitive compensation and benefits. (including a generous employee discount)

Cons

-After the layoffs in December (as others have mentioned on here), it seems people (incuding myself) are still feeling a bit unsure about the stability of their positions. While layoffs are a very real possibility when you take a job at a company this size, upper management hasn't been able to successfully boost morale in the months following. -Upper management, at least in my division, seems to have difficulty committing to decisions. This has seemingly been the biggest issue because it has a trickle-down effect that can be demoralizing. This often means double, sometimes triple the amount of work than it should have taken to accomplish the task (as well as later, longer hours in order to catch up), and makes one feel as though of all the hard work they've put in doesn't mean much. -Management can feel a little top-heavy at times, and needs to have better alignment.
