Pros

Great employee discount. Lots of perks in the beginning but slowly took it away. Used to get free wardrobe but due to expense cut in 2016 all store employee now wear uniforms.

Cons

Management play favoritism. Your job is safe if they like you. For them is all about the numbers! They can care less if you're hard worker or team player. No work/ life balance!
