Pros

All around ok, but moral is declining

Cons

Layoffs causing a big shift in moral. No job seems safe.

Pros

My manager was great. Great discounts. Flexible schedule.

Cons

No upward mobility... position allocation depends on the store. Grew too fast for their corporate team to keep up. Lots of perks at the beginning, but those were taken away. It was like things were done backwards.

Pros

Very entrepreneurial environment. Creative freedom as there are few standard processes throughout the company and new ideas are welcomed. Overall positive workplace.

Cons

Very little room for mobility. Standards vary from team to team resulting in very unclear expectations. Occasional long hours, work/life balance is not a priority.
