Pros

Nice discount after one year they offer benefits for PT

Cons

It's retail, don't expect going there and thinking you won't work crazy hours. No growing opportunities

Pros

Great Employee Discount, Excellent Training, When working in the outlets as a visual merchandiser, you have freedom to make your own design choices. Allows for creative decisions.

Cons

Regional Management is horrible, very disorganized. Employees are allowed to be late and have many strikes on their record before they are even thought to be fired. Company is so worried about getting a lawsuit for wrongful termination that they let horrible employees stay around.
