Pros

Amazing discount and good corporate environment. If you are someone who basically has no life then this is the perfect job for you. You will work at least 50 hours in store on top of whatever work you end up bringing home. The discounts are amazing and you will buy some great stuff from the retail channel.

Cons

No training, unattainable and unrealistic goals, absolutely no work life balance, constant changing schedule, frustrating out of date technology, cheap inferior product sold in outlet stores.

Pros

you get 60% off sale and full price items at certain times.

Cons

10 hour shifts, horrible managers, little to no help. I was relentlessly bullied and harassed by my managers for absolutely no reason. Managers have their own goals to make and none of them achieve it. You get written up if you do not make your monthly goal, be aware. You also get flagged for bad attendance, which is annoying.
