Pros

The only good thing was the wardrobe

Cons

They were years behind on operations. The management isn't involved enough they just stay on the computer all day.

Pros

I worked at Tory Burch for about less than a year. They give you lots of great stuff for your wardrobe and over the holidays they have contest and you can win more stuff, they basically spoil you. You can learn a lot since you'll work on your own, don't wait for manager to assign a task or tell you what to do.

Cons

Where I worked at was under staff and under management, at one point we were running the store without a store manager and assistant manager for the whole summer. As a support you'll take on store operation, customer service and sales yet you'll probably get pay less than any other position in the store.
