Pros

The discount is good and sales people are fun to work with

Cons

This company favors blonde hair blue eyed people. Managers are always stressed out. They always talk about women empowerment but its only for a certain group of females.

Pros

The people you work with are all so nice , creative and hardworking. The product is beautiful. Great discount.

Cons

Extremely low wages for large responsibility. Will praise you in reviews and then not give a raise to compensate for hard work. Long hours with no lunch break - often working past 8 or 9pm. If you take a break you will work later. I think this is due to understaffing. Disorganization and confusion between teams. Promised growth opportunities that never seem to come to fruition. A lot of product is excluded from employee discount.
