Pros

Beautiful product, technology to support the customer experience, corporate partners are typically responsive and supportive, employee discount.

Cons

Associate sales goals are high and accountability program is extreme which makes hiring and retention difficult. Company has been going through major changes in senior leadership over the past few years which has negatively impacted culture and caused a lot of turnover in both hourly and management positions.

The uplevel lead will never know how the store managers play tricks on employees, including the lead's schedules who didn't work full-time hours but remain in full-time roles.
