Pros

Great name to have on your resume for better opportunities and to launch your career.

Cons

Management has a high turnover rate, they play favorites, and the CEO cannot build self-trust within herself to lead her company with confidence, empowerment, and positive influence.

Pros

The only good thing left is my Coworkers and Employee Discount.

Cons

No retention bonus. No yearly bonus. No personal bonus. Basically even if you make your personal goal if a coworker doesn’t nobody else can make bonus. (You miss out on money because of other employees lack of selling) The top seller gets the same raise as the bottom seller. (No point in giving your best, everyone gets the same pennies and dimes) Lack of understanding of the business from DM and up. (They all wfh and don’t understand how tired and stressed in store employees are.) You have to look a certain way to get promoted. (White Woman preferably with blond hair or a white man)
