- you will feel isolated if you don't speak in Japanese - No training opportunities - Group culture (very Japanese) - Lower salary

No room for growth. Can be quiet boring

A pretty stable position for the most part.

Cons

Extremely hard to move in any department. Once you are hired in this department expect to stay. When you are brought onboard there is no pay raise. They are extremely TIGHT with money. Also, it's so hard to ask for time off. Overall, the position once you get it down offers no challenge, has a lot of downtime, and can get very boring.
