Fair pay, good benefits, 3 weeks vac. It is a resume booster to have the Toshiba name on it

No training if your are located outside of Markham (not sure about what they offer at the Markham HQ) Little training offered is done by webinars No support from upper management Immediate manager knows the business but does not know how to mentor or lead a team No marketing for business solutions. Just you. Two legs and a heartbeat. All marketing goes into the laptop and tv division

Promotion was tricky due to the flat organization. After a 4 years it felt like the only avenue to continue progressing professional was leaving.
