      Pros

      Working to provide care and assist in the development of children as well as caregivers is meaningful work. It is an amazing feeling when you can see the tangible difference you're making in families' lives.

      Cons

      Administration at various levels aren't as in tune with the needs of teachers and other staff as they could be.
