      Some cool people work there

      24/7 on call for a very small commission off of the profit margin. Dealing with horrible truck drivers at all hours which WOULD be worth it IF the pay matched the headache. The trainees are paired with and LAE to do their tedious work to start out with which is not a bad thing necessarily but alot of the account executives treat their trainees terribly. They are huge on playing favorites as well. The big bosses have their little clique and the people in that click are given accounts that already have business flowing with little work involved for them.

      Expect 12+ hour days with little work-life balance, and don’t count on earning commission for 18–24 months. Management frequently pressures employees to work through lunches, weekends, and every other Saturday — something not clearly disclosed during hiring. Turnover is extremely high, with most new hires leaving within six months. The “training program” largely functions as an assistant role to senior reps rather than meaningful development. Overall, a high-pressure, meat-grinder environment.

      high work load not open about commission structure no real growth expected to work around the clock and no real compensation on top of it. Toxic environment
