      Pros

      Great opportunity to be successful and make lots of money. The work environment is like none other, but also a grind. Everybody pushes each other to be successful. Leaders do their part to make sure you're staying focused and closing business to be successful. If you put in the work, you will see the results and have a successful career here.

      Cons

      If you don't want to put in the effort, you won't make it. Turn-over is extremely high. Work/Life balance can be tough sometimes, but you'll just have to know how to manage it.

      Pros

      Beer drop Friday's . Casual dress code. Office location. They have a company outing every year?

      Cons

      Notice how many 5 star reviews are on here? I am friends with one of the recruiters and they are constantly creating new emails to write reviews on here. Even google and facebook don't have this many 5 star reviews. Your better off being a server. You have to work weekends, holidays, and "after hours". Notice the 80% turnover rate? Use your head and don't let them fool you. You will be churned and burned before you know it. Everyone constantly is scared to loose their job. They tell you they have a system for generating leads? Yeah right. They constantly force you to harass prospects and call them daily to the point where they want Nothing to do with TQL. Take a look at the trucking boards and see what reputation TQL has in the industry.Again, don't let them fool you and keep looking. Cheers

      I have never been in a workplace that strives so hard to make each other better, whether it be changing aspects of training to better accommodate what trainees think work better or collaborating with each other to give someone the best possible outcome in any given situation. this workplace has been nothing but encouraging and uplifting and makes you feel heard. As a former athlete who loved being a part of a team, I truly feel I have found a team I want to be on in this office.

      Cons

      It's a lot of work for sure, but you get what you put in, have to work hard to make money, but if you're not working hard, you're not doing it right.
