Pros

Sure, $35,000 with potential for more sounds enticing fresh out of college, but it's not worth being miserable.

Cons

Are these previous positive reviews some kind of joke? This job is awful. The only people that could possibly give a positive review have drank the kool-aid, and I honestly feel awful for them. Recent graduates, please do not let these recruiters push you around and lure you to believe that this is a good opportunity. It's not. The management is equally as bad. So called leaders being fired for sexual harassment? Come on.

TQL has an energetic work environment. It is a dynamic company always looking to improve with unlimited commissions and opportunities for advancement.

Cons

To make it at TQL requires a lot of hard work and perseverance. Most people do not understand what persistence and consistency means until they start here.

Your fellow servers are great people who you will feel as if they are family. The money is amazing for the amount of hours you work a week Great environment Fun place to work

Cons

Being stuck as a server Money so good you never stop being a server. Management can't be awful at times
