Pros

- unlimited potential of controlling your salary, and it's completely depending on individual drive and work ethic.. excellent commission percentage - unmatched training program that spans 6 months- necessary to fully understand the industry - in terms of management, tql gives you the ability to advance by promoting 100% from within - the culture, very young atmostphere composed of people with similar goals

Cons

- the job is not easy and will consist of many ups and downs, but this comes with any sales job - for you to be successful here you need to prepared to make work a priority in your life, and many people aren't ready to do that - work life balance if you are not prepared to sacrifice your personal life at times

Pros

Great work environment. If you need help somebody is always willing to stay late and help. Plus it is very fun and face paced work.

Cons

Your first year will consist of all work. There will not be much work life balance until a year and a half or two years in.

Pros: The people there are great and the location isn't bad.

Cons

Where do I begin. Now I am being honest and I'm trying not to be so negative but this place is terrible. If your a college kid don't let this place sucker you in. If your worried about a job coming out of school just wait it out. It will come. Don't get desperate and take this job. 1) you will work terrible hours. 2) you will be stressed out of your mind with the metrics they have. 3) you will be screened at and treated terribly by trucks drivers. 4) there is no money in this job. You have to make more than your pay check to collect anything. Go ahead take this job. You'll end up leaving before the year. Only a few people do well here because they have control of all the best accounts. No work life balance. My advice to everyone is to just wait it out. Don't stress. You don't need this job that bad. Enjoy the little time you have before you get a job and find a place that you can see yourself being there longer than a year. There are terrible jobs and then there is TQL.
