      Pros

      Money, people and atmosphere. This is no doubt a difficult job but you are given everytihng you need to be successful. You get out of it what you put in. If you want a basic 9-5 job where you make a average salary and thats ok with you, this probably isn't the best fit. If you want to work hard, come in early, stay late and make some money, there is no better place to work than here. The atmosphere here is a big plus as well. We have TV's, putting greens, and great people to help combat the stesses of this position. Full benefits. 401 k. no draw.

      Cons

      You put a lot of trust on some truck drivers who you have never met or seen and sometimes they determine how you look to your customers.

      Every day is fun and fast paced. Expect to work extremely hard. In my first 3 years I made 35k, 100k, and $150k and my paychecks are stil getting bigger this year. You will have to make a priority out of the job over other aspects of your life at first (60+ hours per week in the office) but it's awesome when you can quadruple your income in 3-4 years and in my opinion well worth it. This is an awesome job, I love it and cant imagine doing anything else. You can change your lifestyle quickly, it's a great rush for people who are putting in the right amount of time and effort early on.

      Cons

      If you don't like idea of cold calling, can't imagine taking a few calls after hours, or working a few Saturdays, don't apply.
