      Pros

      TQL has made me grow as a person. I communicate more promptly, I've got supreme business confidence, and I attack every day wondering how I can get better. Great environment. Fun, fast-paced, surrounded by people who share the same zest for work and life. There is always games going on and things to do. It will go from a lousy cold-calling job to a dream if you can find success. I did without any prior sales experience.

      Cons

      No work life balance. If you want success here, you have to stay up late, get up early, and crush the phones. Extremely competitive. I've felt micro-managed before. I found success, but I've seen a lot of good people come and go without ever really knowing what's going on.

      Pros

      on top of building your own book of business, you develop a set of skills you can't really get anywhere else. TQL gives you anything you need and most importantly grants you complete freedom to do whatever you want. this is my favorite thing about the job. I work on my schedule and if I want to do things a certain way no one can tell me different. you build up your own foundation that is unique to you. in my opinion - this guarantees my success because I'm the only one responsible for anything that happens with my book of business. *slackers need not apply*

      sometimes balancing work and your personal life can be a challenge outside of the office. but if you set yourself up for success and an easy night and do your job while your at work. you wont have an issue. *slackers need not apply*
