Pay/Commission, Benefits, Flexibility once successful, leadership/management. TQL gives you all of the tools to make yourself a ton of money, the majority of people that I see having difficult with that are the ones that complain about working '50-60' hours a week. If you want a 9-5 job, 40 hours a week, then this is not the job for you. This is a career where you get what you put in, if you want to be successful and make great living for yourself and are willing to put in the time and energy than this is the place for you. If you've noticed, most of the negative reviews on here are people complaining about the hours - I'll state again, if you're the type of person unwilling to put the work in to achieve your goals and dreams then this is not the place for you.
