Pros
This is a great company to work for in a difficult industry. Any inside sales position is going to be difficult and require a lot to be put into the job for someone to be successful. TQL is constantly trying to improve their sale training classes to give each employee the best opportunity to achieve success. With that said, there is a lot of work that come with that success and you need to be ready & prepared to work HARD. There is unlimited earning potential which is always a plus but that just depends on how hard and long an individual is willing to work. The people we work with are wonderful and the company does go over and above to provide releases for their hard-working employees...from patio parties and happy hours to teams outings and sporting events.
Cons
Like I said, with any insides sales positions, hard work with a lot of hours will more than likely define your success so it will require a lot of hours. Starting compensation is more than likely an issue with a lot of people but with uncapped salary potential on the sales floor and the other career options within the company if sales is not for you, I believe the starting compensation is very fair.
