      TQL is an awesome place to work for a motivated person. Very high energy environment that offers Unlimited income potential. We work hard/play hard. We are growing at a rapid pace and there are many advancement opportunities all across the country. 15 new TQL locations slated to open in 2016!!! I love to come to work each and every day. My first year as a broker I hit 6 figures. My second year I more than doubled my previous years income. I am going into my 3rd year now and am growing with no ceiling in site. TQL provides all resources needed to grow at your pace! If you come in and work hard you can be a major success!!! This has been a life changing opportunity for me and my family and I could not be happier with my decision to work @TQL!!!!!

      No cons, Just Hard Work!!! With ANY new business opportunity you MUST be prepared to put in long hours/weekends etc (Whatever it Takes) to get your business up and running/successful. With a strong work ethic and desire to succeed you will have a long bright future within TQL!!

      Pros

      I've worked for a few logistics companies and none of them treat their employees with more respect than management at TQL. Very fun, friendly, and team atmosphere TQL is hands down the best job I've ever had. If you listen, learn, and follow the design for success they have in place, the potential is endless.

      Cons

      You will work a lot of hours in the beginning to build your account and there will be a lot of bumps in the road along the way. You must be a positive person and know how to think on your feet.
