      Pros

      This is a good company is you are a younger person most people who work their are between 22-28. It is really up to you if you want to make money here or not a lot of people come in and say they want to make money and do not consistently work hard to do so. If you really just decide that i am going to bust my tail and do what it takes to make money here you can end up making a bunch of money here.

      Cons

      The con really just depends on the individual person the biggest thing i saw was due to the fact that you are not micromanaged here i saw alot of people waste alot of time during the day on FB or ESPN.com when they could have been making money.

      Pros

      All the staff is more than willing to sit and answer questions to better prepare you. I've never worked for such a great group of individuals that want to see each person succeed.

      Cons

      It's hard to keep a work/life balance, but worth it.
