      Pros

      great atmosphere, gives you space to run your own book of business as long as revenue goals are met.

      Cons

      favorites are played and they pick and choose who they will make sure certain people are successful. even if it jeopardized others. VERY HGIH turnover rate. Fires and quits a lot.

      Fast-paced environment. Ability to learn Logistics.

      Turnover rate is absolutely astonishing. Little to no management or leadership at my office. Little to no guidance. Basically you are cold calling at all hours of the day in hopes that you come across a good prospect that hasn't been taken from another account executive. I had one after four months, I was told to give it up to a senior Account Executive. Only knew two people that were making commission, probably met thirty that had been terminated or let go in my time there.
