      TQL was my first job out of college, and I couldn't have asked for a better opportunity. The environment is all around great, without any dull moments. There are challenges, and fundraisers raisers put in place to help some competition. On top of the environment, there is no ceiling on what you can earn. If you have the drive, work ethic, and persistence you will be successful here, where you make your own raises.

      Cons

      Since we're working in the logistics industry, it can be quite stressful at times, and it will also demand a lot of your time to make it. If you find out that you have it takes, it will be 100% worth it.
