      Pros

      Good benefits, excellent earning potential, and semi-relaxed work environment. Beer given at work.

      Cons

      The job consumes your life. I would not recommend this position to anyone with a family. There is a reason they had 5 core values and then dropped one....balance between life and work. You will also encounter many people who love to be hateful to carriers, and the attitude is encouraged among colleagues.

      Liars, cheats and awful people

      Pros

      Nothing but a sweatshop - they will trick you into thinking it's a good job but you essentially hired to be burnt out

      Cons

      Everything, team, management, office culture, Non-compete will bar you from any opportunity with another logistics company when you figure out how awful.

      Fast passed cold call environment. Bring a cup of joe and a bullet proof attitude to your desk each day.

      Pros

      Can make money if you get lucky or get the right account. Otherwise the first 6 mos. are a breeze.

      Cons

      Cold calling nonstop. Also you will have to fight with so many brokers working for the same company who will try and stab you in the back for a buck if they can.
